MODIFICATION 2 TO TASK ORDER NO.1 ENTITLED " INTERFACIAL AREA TRANSPORT" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-97-046 This purpose of this task order modification is to designate additional key personnel under this task order.
- 1. Pursuant to the contractor's letter request dated April 3,1990, Dr. Amir Assad is hereby designated as a key person under this task order during the absence of Dr. Victor Ransom.
The contractor agrees that he shall not be removed from the effort under this task order without compliance with Contract Clause H.2-Key Personnel or until Dr. Ransom returns.
All other terms or conditions of this task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
