l The purpose of this modification is to provide funding, revise the option l
periods for line items 3, 4, 5 and 6, revise the wording of Sections l,
C.1.2.11 and H.6.B. and revise the contract period of performance.
Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Section B - Supplies or Services and Process / Costs.
Revise line items 3, 4, 5 and 6 to read:

Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs The total contract amount is revised to read:

Section C.I.2.ll is revised to read:

"In the event NRC does not choose to purchase,the simulator upon termination of the lease, all major additions, improvements or upgrades will be removed by the NRC or the contractor that provided the upgrade and the simulator will be returned to the contractor in the condition that it was received, excluding normal wear and tear "
4.
Section H 6.B is revised to delete the following from the first sentence of the paragraph: "excr.pt for those alterations, additions, or im-provements to the simulator which were made with prior written con-sent of the contractor." and to add in liew thereof: " excluding normal l
wear and tear.".
5.
Section F.4 is revised as follows:
"This contract shall commence on April 1,1987 and will expire on December 14, 1989."
All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.
