NOTIFICATION OF THE NRC 0F EMPLOYEES' POTENTIAL SAFETY ISSUES This is in response to Mr. Victor Stello's letter of April 27, 1989 (enclosed).

Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation (ANF) has never been the subject of a complaint - filed with the-Secretary of Labor, nor has it entered into any settlement agreements regarding discrimination matters arising under Section

-210 of the Energy Reorg mization Act of 1954.

Therefore, ANF has not entered into any settlement agreements that have restrictive clauses such as those described in Mr. Stello's letter.
