Dear Mr. Peterson:
General' Aterrics hereby makes application, pursuant to 10 CFR 110, to renew the subject license for an additional term of three years. The present expiration date is July 1,1989; the proposed new expiration date is July 1, 1992.
In addition, we regaest an increase of the limits of the license from:
15.92 kg U-235 contained in 80.00 kg uranium, as TRIGA reactor fuel elements, enriched to 19.9 w/o maximum.

- 21.22 kg U-235 contained in 106.63 kg uranium, as TRIGA reactor fuel elements, enriched to 19.9 w/o maximum.
The increased limits on this license should cover anticipated orders until the requested expiration date of July 1, 1992 We request that you issue an amendment for the renewal of this license and fo,r the added a::ount of uranium and U-235 at your earliest conveauence.
