By letter, dated April 27,.1989, the NRC requested that licensees examine their current and previous agreements to assure that clauses that would restrict the ability of employees to provide information about potential safety issues to the NRC are not present. This is to notify the NRC that Portland General Electric Company (PGE) has reviewed all settlements to which PGE is a party and no restrictive clauses have been identified.
