definitizes.Tas.k Order No. 3. This effort shall be. performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 3 shall be in effect from June 1,1998 to September 30,'1998. The' total cost plus fixed fee for this task order is $69,544, in which the amount of $64,813 represents the' reimbursable costs, and the amount of $4,731 repr'esents the fixed fee.

Funds in the amount of.$69,544 are obligated to fully fund th.is task order.

' The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the task order without compliance with Contract Clause H.3, Kev Personnel. In addition, the Contractor agrees that its provisional billing and final indirect cost rates shall not exceed the following rates for this task order: Fringe benefits @ 25.11% of direct labor costs, Overhead @54.23% of-direct labor costs, and G&A @ 16.52% on a total cost input base.

3 Period of Performance The period of performance for the work specified in this SOW shall commence June 1,1998, tnd shall continue for 120 days.

4. Meetings and Travel

The contractor'shall attend one meeting at NRC Headquarters in Rockville, MD l

(2 persons /1 trip /1 day) and one meeting in Kiev, Ukraine (2-3 persons /1 trip /9 days). The meeting in Kiev is tentatively scheduled for September 9-17,1998.
