This letter confirms the discussion between Mr. Henry Hegrat of your staff and me to have a routine management meeting at the NRC Region ill Office in Lisle, Illinois on May 22,1998, at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss emergency closed cooling system design issues associated with Enforcement Action 97-430. This meeting will be open for public observation.
