I i Enclosed, for NRC review, is PECo Report No. PECo-FMS-0006, " Methods for Performing BWR Reload Safety Evaluations". This is the final report iri the series of reports demonstrating Philadelphia Electric Company's capability to perform in-house reload licensing i analyses.. The interface requirements between PECo-FMS-0006 and PECo-l l FMS-0004 are provided in this report. This constitutes the additional I information necessary to justify that the RETRAN models.are acceptable 1 I: . for licensing - applications, as requested by the NRC in its Novembei- -{ 23, 1988 Safety Evaluation.
