16 The Commission in this paper is being asked 17 to respond to an August 11, 1989 motion from the 18 Public Service Company of New Hampshire for an 19 exemption from the requirement of 10 CFR Part 50, 20 Appendix E,
Section 4(f)(1) for the conduct of an on-21 site emergency exercise within one year before the 22 issuance of a full power operating license.
23 Chairman Carr and Commissioners Roberts and 24 Rogers have approved the order which was attached to 25 our memorandum of September the 14th which denies that NEAL R.
