Dear Sir:
Change to Portland General Elcetric Company Organization for Nuclear Power Operation In the Portland General Electric Company (PCE) letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) dated June 30, 1989, an organization chart of the company's Nuclear Power Operation showed changes due to a reorgani-zation in PGE's Nuclear Division. The reorganization included creation of a new position reporting to the Vice President. Nuclear, and changes in reporting responsibilities for various groups.
An earlier PGE corporate organizational change eliminated the position of Vice President, Power Services. This change was not reflected in Figure 1 (Company Organization for Nuclear Power Operations) in the referenced June 30th letter.

Other affected licensing documents, including Chapter 13 of the Trojan Final Safety Analysis Report, will be revised as appropriate.
