SUBJECT:
RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9018 FOR THE BU-6 SHIPPING PACKAGE By application dated April 24, 1989, General Electric Company (GE) requested
- renewal of Certificate of Compliance No.' 9018 for the Bl!-6 shipping package.
The renewal request was subsequently withdrawn by letter dated May.9, 1989.
On May 19, 1989,- the three registered users for the BU-6 package were notified that GE did not intend to renew the certificate. None of the registered users were currently using the package. All three declined the option of becoming the certificate holder and renewing the certificate. The registered users contacted were:
