SUMMARY

Scope: 'This-routine, unannounced inspection was conducted at the site in the areas of measurement systems and MC&A system management and assessment.

Results: No violations or deviations were identified.

The facility Labortory Enrichment Analyzer system is performing measurements, using calibrations-based upon reference standards, which ' were capable of substantiating the quantities of U-235 isotope measured. The facility management structure 'is functioning effectively as defined in their approved FNMC plan and the facility's independent assessroents of the MC&A program did not. reveal regula-tory deficiencies.
