ORDER As the parties were previously informed by letter, the oral argument on the appeal of the interveners from the Licensing Board's January 30, 1989, memorandum and order in 1

this operating license proceeding will be heard at 1:30 p.m.,

on Friday, April 21, 1989, in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland.

Each side is allotted 45 minutes for the presentation of argument.

The appellants may reserve a portion of their time for rebuttal.

The Secretary to this Board shall be advised, by letters mailed no later than April 13, 1989, of the names of the counsel who will be participating in the argument.

this connection, given the fact that the Attorney General of Massachusetts filed a brief on behalf of all appellants, we assume that a member of his staff similarly will present oral argument for the appellants collectively.

Irrespective of whether that assumption is correct, we.will hear argument from only one person on behalf of the appellants unless, on motion filed no later than April 7 and for extraordinary cause shown,. leave'is granted for participation by two persons.
