Dear Dr. Murley:
Reference (a) provided the results of the Regulatory Effectiveness Review conducted at Zion Station from May 15 to May 19, 1989.
During that inspection it was determined that certain activities were identified as Safegtard Inadequacies. The Attachment to this letter'contains Commonwealth Ediso2's response to those inadequacies identified in Reference (a).
The attachment to this' letter contains Safeguards Information.
In accordance with~10 CTR 73.71 it should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
