The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MAG) sent an " Advice to Commission" in which MAG, without supporting documentation advised the Commission that on March 16, 1989, "New Hampshire was denied access to Beatty" by the Rocky Mountain Low-Level Radioactive Waste Board (RMLLRWB).

To put this matter in perspective, there is attached hereto and marked "A" a copy of the agenda for the RMLLRWB meeting involved.

l consideration of a temporary contract to accept waste from, inter alia, New Hampshire.

It is our understanding that the concept of seeking to go forward in an attempt at negotiating choory Ptest?
