Change in operating organization The following information is submitted in compliance with Technical Specification 6.7c(3).

A. Reactor Safety Committee E. Falk and R. Radtke are removed from membership in the Reactor Safety Committee due to their retirement from the university.

Susan J. Englehardt is appointed as the committee member whose primary specialty is radiation safety and health physics. Ms. Englehardt is a career health physicist who is the Health Physics Supervisor for the University Safety Department.

Dr. Paul Probert is appointed as the committee member whose specialty is electronics, controls, and instrumentation. Dr. Probert's PhD is in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

B. Reactor Ope.Tation Licensed operators Kenneth J. Schroeder (License OP-30504-1) and Steven S. Zawalick (License OP-30505-1) were graduated from the uni 7ersity and have obtained employment elsewhere. They will no longer require licenses and are removed from appointment as operators.
