In our Prehearing Conference Order dated March 1, 1989,..
we provided that the evidentiary hearing would take. place i
during the week of May 15-21, 1989. We also established filing dates for testimony-based on those hearing dates. ,
By motion dated March 17, 1989, the NRC Staff sought to k postpone the hearing to the week of June 5, 1989, due to the .;
unavailability of one of its witnesses during the' hearing i
dates previously established. Because of other obligations, t he- week of June 5, 1989 is not suitable for the Board.
Upon inquiry of all parties, the Board has determined that the week of June 12-16, 1989 is suitable for hearing for all parties.
