Dear Mr. Blackley:
Descote USA, Inc. is recalling _all packing nuts from heat R91.
Westinghouse has sixty packing nuts from this heat R91, serial numbers 1539 - 1578.
We have placed an order with the factory in France for sixty replacement packing nuts and will inform you of the shipping date.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
These packing nuts will be sent to you at no charge, Please try to return as many of the R91 packing nuts as possible asfshey are replaced.
Between now and receipt of replacements, please make a visual inspection of the packing nuts referenced for any unusual surface granding and cracks in threaded section.
