REVIEW 0F PENNSYLVANIA LLW REGULATIONS I

In accordance with your request of March 8, we have reviewed the subject regulations to verify that our previous comments have been addressed. We last looked at these regulations in December 1988, at which time Pennsylvania had adequately addressed the concerns we had raised in our review of the November advance copy of the final regulations. The only comment we made in December was an editorial one which has now been corrected. Based upon this we conclude that all of our previous comments have been adequately addressed.
