DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT 1 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 SPECIAL REPORT 98-001 NUMBER OF TUBES PLUGGED DURING TIIE TENTH STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSERVICE INSPECTION This special report is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification (T/S) 4.4.5.5.a.
which states:
"Within 15 days following the completion of each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes, the number of tubes plugged or repaired in each steam generator shall be reported to the commission in a special report pursuant to specification 6.9.2."
The Steam Generator (S/G) Inservice Inspection was completed for all 4 S/G's to meet the surveillance requirements of T/S %.4.5, " Steam Generators" Seventy-seven (77) tubes were plugged as a result of the inspection. The tubes plugged are identified in the attached table.
