14 SECRETARY CHILK: Mr. Chairman, the first 15- item is SECY-89-276, a motion for reconsideration.

16 filed by Joseph J.-Macktal.

17 The Commission here is being asked -to 18 respond to an August 18, 1989 motion by Joseph J.

19 Macktal requesting that the Commission its decision in 20 CLI-89-14 wherein it declined to dicqualify itself 21 from deciding any future matters involving Mr.

22 Machtal.

U 23 All Commissioners have approved an order 24 with modifications by Commissioner Curtiss denying the 25 l motion for reconsideration.
