FINANCIAL ASSURANCE INSTRUMENT SECURITY EVALUATION On January 16,1998, I transmitted a memorandum identifying several open items from the financial assursnce instrument security evaluation recently performed by T. C. Johnson.
Attached is a table of the open items. In February you indicated that the items have been resolved by your staff. Please provide a table markup showing the disposition of each of the open items by May 22,1998. L. Bykoski and T. C. Johnson will provide any assistanca you need.
