A draft copy of SSER 8 was initially dis-1 tributed to appropriate Assistant Directors, Branch Chiefs, and OGC on September 1, 1988. Since that time some additions, changes and corrections have been presented to appropriate branch reviewers and OGC. All comments have been addressed to the satisfaction of the reviewers and OGC.
