CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST DATED MAY 4, 1989 By letter dated May 4,1989, TUEC submitted an application to amend License No. SNM-1912 to reflect revised ownership interests. The transfer of ownership is an administrative change and will have no effect on the public health and safety or the environment. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 61.22(c)(10), neither an Environmental Impact Statement nor an Environmental-Assessment is warranted for this action.
