Topical Report ANF-1A, proposed Amendment 11 submitted by your letter of January 17, 1989.
Response to Questions: ANF letter (D. Perry) to NRC (J. Spraul) dated March 20, 1989.
We find that the QA program description continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B; therefore, the changes are acceptable.
