RESPONSE TO APRIL 25,1998 INQUIRY BY SANG-JONG LEE OF KNFC, KOREA The subject inquiry (Attachment 1) was received by the Containment Systems and Severe Accident Branch SCSB for processing. The inquiry was addressed to the Public Document Room. Specifically, the question raised has to do with the correctness of a numerical constant in the Tagami correlation presented in Branch Technical Position C.B. 6-1 of the Standard Review Plan Section 6.2.1.5. The appropriate response is provided in draft form (Attachment 2) for your consideration and response to Sang-Jong Lee.
