CP-87-132 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 5,1988, TU Electric letter logged TXX-88027 provided notification that the deficiency involving unqualified Limitorque actuators was reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). The purpose of this supplemental report is to revise the corrective action implementation schedule.
The most receret letter on this issue, TXX-88836, dated December 14, 1988, provided a scheduled completion date of May 3, 1989, for Unit I corrective action.
Examination of the Limitorque actuators is complete.

implementation of the corrective actions for the identified deficiencies is incomplete. The revised completion date for the Unit I corrective actions is l
prior to fuel load for Unit 1.
The Unit 2 activities will be completed prior to Unit 2 fuel load.
