Investigations, initiated this investigation on September 16, 1997, to determine whether an Auxiliary Unit Operator (AUD) at the Tennessee Valley Authority, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, deliberately falsified an instrument reading.
The evidence developed did not substantiate the allegation that the AUD deliberately falsified an instrument reading.
