DESIGNATION OF CONTESTED ISSUES I
In accordance with the Board's Order of May 8,1998 and its Memorandum and l
Order of April 22,1998, the Skull Valley Band of Goshutes hereby files its designation of I
contested issues. The Skull Valley Band intends to contest each of the contentions that have been admitted by the Board as set forth in Appendix A to the Board's April 22 Memorandum and Order.
Further, for the Board's information, counsel for the Skull Valley Band intends to participate in the Tuesday May 19,1998 prehearing conference by teleconference from Salt Lake City.
