Dear Dr. Patrick:
The purpose of 'his modification is to extend th'e period of performance th' rough'Septemtie~r 30, t
1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, to allow the contractor additional time to complete the review of Plateau Shootaring Canyon, UT reclamation plan. The additional time is required to incorporate NRC's comments on the draft Technical Evaluation Report. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the J
following is substituted in lieu thereof:
