MODIFICATION NO. 7 TO TASK ORDER NO.11 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-96-004 l
Dear Drc Patrick:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through September'30, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, to allow the contractor additional time to complete the review of license amendments, seismic stability / liquefaction at the Pathfinder Lucky Mc, WY site. Due to no fault of the NRC or the contractor potential inadequacies in the licensee slope stability analysis and design must be resolved before the Techniocal Evaluation Report can be completed. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified at follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
'" Task Order No.' 11 shall be'in effect from January 27.1997 through September 30,-
1998 with a cost ceiling of $55,140.92."
