MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO TASK ORDER NO." 10 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-96-004
Dear'Dr. Patrick:
The purpose of this mo'dification is to extend the period of performance through September 30, 1998, at no additional cost.or obligation to the Government, to allow the contractor additional time to complete the review of Pathfinder Shirley Basin, WY, reclamation plan. Due to no fault of the NRC or the contractor, the initial response received from the licensee was inadequate.
Therefore, the extension shall include the resolution of any remaining issues and the

preparation of the Technical Evaluation Report related to geotechnicalissues. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
' Task Order No: '1'O shall be in effect fr'om Jahuarp 27l 1997 throu' h September 30.
g 1998 with a cost ceiling of $67,732."
