Portland General Electric (David W. Cockfield) to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Document Control Desk) Letter. Dated June 2, 1989. Second Response to NRCB 88-10.
This report is provided as committed to in the referenced letter. The only nontraceable circuit breaker (CB) installed in a safety-related system after August 1, 1983 has been replaced with a traceable CB.
This replacement completed the required actions for responding to NRCB 88-10.
