This acknowledges the receipt of your letters dated March 11, 1988, and March 25, 1988, by which you transmitted changes to the Physical Security Plan for the Reed College Reactor Facility, dated June 1983.

We find the changes to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

We have determined that the enclosures to your above referenced letters contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR Part 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR Part 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
