HRR MARKUP OF OWNERS GROUP PROPOSED NEW STS AND BASES FOR ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS Enclosed for your review and concurrence is the markup of the technical specifications we propose sending to the Owners Groups as staff coments on the Standard Technical Specifications proposed by the four Owners Groups.
The coment package represents an integration of the four Owners Groups' proposed new STS into one common specification and it incorporates staff comments.
Because of the number and complexity of the changes made by the Owners Groups to the current STS and because of the extensive written comments we received from the technical staff to address these changes we are seeking Branch level re currence on the comment package. NUMARC is being requested to coordinate with the 4.'ers Groups to set up a joint meeting to discuss the staff markup.
j We are committed to sending the markup to the Owners Groups by August 23, 1989.
We are requesting that you return the coment package noting additional changes or clarifications with your concurrence on or before August 22, 1989.
