On January 5,1988 TU Electric notified the NRC via report logged TXX-88026 of varf ous equipment nozzle loads which were deemed to be reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The latest report on this issue was logged TXX-89045 dated January 30, 1989. The purpose of this report is to revise the.
Unit I corrective action implementation schedule for this item.
The Unit I corrective actions will be completed prior to Unit I fuel load.
