-Executive Training Manager, Designed, developed, scheduled, and implemented two courses of instruction utilizing Instructional System Development (ISD).

-Information Manager, U.S. Army. Responsible for strategic planning, management of technical analysis, developing trend data, conducting information analysis on telecommunications, electrical systems, highway, waterway, rail, air transportation and natural resource systems.
