Subsequent to relinquishing my position with Science Applications, Inc. as a research and training analyst, I am seeking a management position in the area of systems management and research analysis. I also desire to-investigate marketing,. risk management, and the personnel management areas.

My background includes over five years experience as an of ficer in Army Intelligence activities and two years as a Research Aralyst with Science Applications, Inc.

Examples of my effectiveness ' include:

Development of research and analysis procedures for evaluating and measuring large unit combat effectiveness and performance for the U.S.

Army's National Training Center (! TIC), program.

4 Developed the design for the target array and established parameters for a live fire test range for Army-wide use in conjunction with the implementation of a major Army test development concept for the National Trainiag Center Program (NTC).

8 Developed computerized training scenarios designed to train Army Personnel during NTC implementation tests.

O Assisted in Training and Qualification workshops, development of audit

. procedures and task analysis for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
