. technical proposal dated April 4,1998, hereby incorporated, (2) provide incremental funding in "the amount of $120,000 (3) amend the deliverables due bnder the contract t6 include assessment materials, and (4) incorporate new provisional indirect rates approved by DCAA for the period 2/1/1998 through 1/31/2003. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Under Section B:3," Cons'ideration and. Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Eee,". paragraphs a arid e are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:

The total estimated. cost to the Govemment for full performance of this contract is $1,922,619.91 of which the sum of $1,792,234.90' represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $130,385.01 represents the fixed fee.

Under Section C, Subtask 2.4(3) is modified to add the following assessment:
