20555 PLANT HATCH - UNITS 1, 2 NRC DOCKETS 50-321, 50-366 OPERATING LICENSES DPR-57, NPF-5 EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION Gentlemen:
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) Georgia Power Company hereby submits Revision 9 to the Plant Hatch Emergency Plan.
This revision incorporates the following general changes:
1.
Incorporation of plume exposure pathway / evacuation zones as defined in the State of Georgia Base Plan, Annex A.
2.
Reformat Emergency Classification Tables and incorporate appropriate sections of NUREG-0654.
3.
Reformat Protective Action Recommendation Tables and incorporate NRC and GPC comments from the most recent Plant Hatch Emergency Exercise.
4.
Include updated letters of agreement between GPC and local authorities.
5.
Update position titles and organization charts to reflect recent plant site and corporate organizational changes.
7.
General editorial and typographical correction.
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(q), each change has been evaluated and j
determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.
