CHANGES TO THE GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 29 AND REVISION 11 OF THE SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN
Dear Mr. Hagan:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letters dated March 4 and April 17,1998, that transmitted Revision 29 to the Physical Security Plan and Revision 11 to the Safeguards Contingency plan.
Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your security plan and after limited review of the changes, no NRC approvalis required in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that the changes have not decreased the effectiveness of your security plan.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
