In response to your letter to me dated March 21, 1989, we have reviewed the Earthen Dams section of the data package from the Data Review Workshop held March 7-9, 1989. Based on our retfew, we conclude that the data set is incomplete because it does not provide DOE's analyses of ' saturation vs. depth, which are necessary to support conclusions presented in Section.3.0 of DOE's
" Moisture Contents and Unsaturated Conditions.in UMTRA Project Radon Barriers,"
