STATE OF GEORGIA ENV110NMEP.TT.L MONITORING APPRAISAL A routine appraisal of performance under the NRC/ State of Georgia Environmental Monitoring Contract was conducted on February 2,1989.

A copy of the NRC appraisal is enclosed.

The appraisal included an in-depth assessment of activities performed and the annual report submitted by the State pursuant to the 1987 contract and a Results preliminary review of the State's performance under the 1988 contract.

The appraisal showed that the State met all obligations in the 1987 contract and that overall performance by the State of Georgia under the provisions of this contract has been good.
