MAY 0 71998 MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO GRANT NO. NRC-04-95-071

BETWEEN UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR EEGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through December 11, 1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Therefore, the Govemment hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated March 10,1998, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
- 1. Block No. 3, Grant Period, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
FROM: 09/11/95 TO: 12/11/98" All other terms and conditions, including the grant ceiling amount of $111,326.00, remain unchanged.
This modification does not obligate any FY98 funds.
