- Nuclear Pollution's Brief and Summary of Relevant Facts and Argu-ments on Which NECNP Intends to Rely at Oral Argument on Environ-mental Contention 3, and the accompanying Testimony of Gordon Thompson. Dr. Thompson's testimony is in final form; however, because of the constraints imposed by time and distance, we were not able to obtain a signed and notarized copy in time for this filing. Copies of the signed and notarized testimony will be served on the parties as.soon as we receive it from Dr. Thompson.
