ORDER During the ongoing hearings in this operating license proceeding, the Licensing Board on May 22, 1989, orally granted the applicants' motion to reconsider its earlier December 15, 1988, ruling admitting the Massachusetts Attorney General's contention MAG Ex-19.
The Board ruled that it lacked jurisdiction over a portion of the contention l
1 and " expunged" it.
The Attorney General has now filed a motion with us for directed certification of that May 22 ruling.
The applicants and the NRC staff shall have in our hands their responses to the Attorney General's motion by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 1989.
In addition to any arguments they wish to present, the applicants and the staff shall specifically address whether the Licensing Board's ruling was correct in light of the last paragraph of the l
