. License No.: DPR-53 As a result of. the inspection conducted on January 10.- February 20,11989,-and in accordance with the NRC-Enforcement Policy (10 CFR 2, Appendix C) the fol-1 lowing violation was identified:

operations for. the modes and at the frequencies shown.in < Table: 4.3.1."
Table 4.3.1 requires that _a-channel functional test of the manu' al reactor trip be performed prior to a reactor startup if.not completed within the:
past seven (7) days.
