Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with Farley Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.11, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submits the enclosed Core Operating Limits Report for Farley Unit 2, Cycle 13. The Technical Specifications requirement to submit the report "upon issuance" is interpreted by SNC to require submittal to the NRC within 30 days of plant implementation.
