NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel for the Tokai Unit 2 Nuclear Power Reactor in Japan. A letter of assurance is required that the. material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.

Please note that a portion of the material is of Canadian origin.
