The contractor shall be reimbursed, utilizing the above rates, at a total cost not to exceed the total obligated amount of $415,978.85 as stated in the Contractors Release form dated 03/25/96. The sum of $391,637.96 represents the the final reimbursable costs, and of which the sum of $24,340 89 represents the final fix fee.
